You must be at least 18 years old to purchase any deck. Some decks are labeled serious or 18+ and are intended for adults in committed or consenting contexts only.

After purchase, you receive a unique link granting access to the deck(s) you purchased. The access is personal and meant for you and your partner(s). Public sharing, reselling, or redistributing the link may result in revocation of access without refund.

All content, design, and brand elements are original works owned by cupid.cards. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private conversations with your partner(s). You may not republish, resell, translate, adapt, or distribute the content in any medium without written permission.

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the access link has not been opened more than once. See our refund policy for full details.

We aim for the service to be available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or outside factors may cause temporary downtime. If an extended outage affects your access, we’ll restore or compensate.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, circumvent access controls, use automated tools to scrape content, or use the product in any way that violates applicable law. Misuse may result in termination of your license without refund.

We make no guarantees about the outcome of using our decks. Conversations are between you and your partner(s). cupid.cards is not responsible for emotional, personal, or relational consequences of those conversations. Use with care.

We may update these terms over time. Significant changes will be communicated to the email tied to your purchase. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute should first be directed to hello@cupid.cards for good-faith resolution.
