cupid.cards sells digital products, delivered instantly via email. Refunds are handled simply.
When We’ll Refund
Within 7 days of purchase — full refund, no questions asked.
Purchased by mistake (duplicate deck, wrong product)? It’s covered by the 7-day window above — email us and we’ll refund or swap.
If something technical prevented you from accessing the deck — email us first, we’ll resolve. If we can’t, full refund.
When We Can’t Refund
After 7 days from purchase. That’s the only reason.
How to Request
Email hello@cupid.cards with the email used for purchase and a short note about what happened. We respond within 24-48 hours.
Refunds process through Stripe back to the original payment method. Usually takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
